For safety reason, 24 hours security is provided to our tenant with courtesy from UiTM security management to provide regular hourly patrol. Tenant should feel safe and well looked after when there is always someone to help. Our rooms are fully furnished covered with vinyl flooring with air-condition and will be cleaned daily with periodic bed sheet changing. There is also a common room for our tenant and visitors to utilise. It is equipped with TV and Astro, fridge, hot water, sofa and dining table. Beside that, there is also filtered water dispenser placed inside the common room and barbeque facilities to celebrate events such as birthday.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Laundry services are provided with our in house laundry. It is equipped with industial dryer so that student can expect to receive their garment on the same day. Monthly electricity and water bills also included with the rental.
